Our 2026 Spring Honey Harvest Has Arrived!
The wait is over! Bee Augustine Honey Co. has officially harvested our 2026 Spring Honey, and fresh jars are now available for pickup. This year’s harvest comes from six of our nine St. Augustine apiaries, each producing its own unique flavor based on the wildflowers, native plants, and seasonal blooms surrounding the hive. Because we harvest each apiary separately, every variety offers a truly distinctive taste that reflects its local environment.
Our honey is 100% raw, unfiltered, and minimally processed, preserving the natural enzymes, pollen, and flavor that make local honey so special. We never blend our apiaries together, allowing you to experience the unique characteristics of each harvest.
