The ever-changing variety of blooms found throughout the nursery and surrounding landscape provides a rich and continuous source of nectar, resulting in raw local honey with a distinctive seasonal character.
Every jar from our Nursery Apiary is a true single-apiary honey—harvested exclusively from our own managed colonies and bottled right here in St. Augustine.
