Why Our Nursery Honey Is Different

Nurseries create an incredibly diverse foraging environment for honey bees, with flowering plants changing throughout the growing seasons.

Our Nursery Apiary combines nectar gathered from flowering trees, shrubs, ornamentals, herbs, and seasonal blooms into honey that reflects this unique landscape. As different plants come into bloom throughout the year, the available nectar sources continually change, giving each harvest its own naturally distinctive flavor and character.

Because we never blend honey from different apiaries, every jar captures the authentic taste of one place and one harvest.
