🟢 Spring 2026 Harvest Available

Welcome to Our Anastasia Island Apiary

Located on beautiful Anastasia Island, our Island Apiary produces one of the most distinctive honeys in our collection. Surrounded by coastal marshes, mature live oaks, native vegetation, and flowering residential landscapes, this apiary gives our honey bees access to an incredible diversity of nectar sources throughout the year.

Unlike blended honey, every jar from our Island Apiary is harvested and bottled separately, preserving the unique character of this coastal ecosystem. From sea breezes and salt marshes to neighborhood gardens and native Florida plants, the landscape surrounding this apiary creates a flavor that is unmistakably Anastasia Island.

“

OMG! So so good. I just got my first taste of their honey. Wonderful sample jar. Sweet, light, and delicious. I normally don’t love honey but this local treat is amazing. Try it, you won’t regret it.

Why Anastasia Island Honey Tastes Different

Barrier islands create a completely different foraging environment than inland apiaries.

Our Island Apiary combines nectar gathered from native maritime forests, flowering coastal landscapes, ornamental gardens, wetlands, and neighborhood plantings into a honey that reflects the unique ecology of Anastasia Island. Every harvest changes slightly as different flowers bloom throughout the seasons, creating a naturally complex flavor that can only come from this location.

Because we never blend honey from different apiaries, every jar captures the authentic taste of one place and one harvest.

This is just one of nine Bee Augustine Honey Co. apiaries throughout St. Augustine. Each location produces its own unique single-apiary honey, shaped by the flowers, trees, and seasonal blooms surrounding that specific apiary.
